We recently started offering Pulsar360 solutions to customers looking for PBX hosted systems. The biggest benefits so far have been the flexible connections with soft phones, connecting business locations, disaster recovery options, and web-based management features. In case of a disaster, we can help you connect with customers using remote phone connections and other recovery options that will keep your business up and running. This is very important for new customers who might think you are closed if the phone doesn't connect, or emergencies being called in and needing immediate support.
Some of our recent installations for this hosted solution include a coin shop and a construction company. Since Pulsar360 offers the choice of renting out a phone system, both of these customers opted for that option, instead of having to commit to a long-term phone solution. For some businesses, this works better than signing 2-5 year long contracts or having to purchase a full system - a large investment for many. We found that especially important since the economy crashed, customers need that extra flexibility for a price that they can afford. Today we are still seeing an interest in having alternatives to buying a full system outright or signing a long-term contract.
Teletronics is making a concerted effort to find solutions that are the "right fit and the right price", finding ways to save our customers money. Whether this ultimately means a hosted or analog system to match your business phone needs, Teletronics is actively working to get you better quality systems for lower costs. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best IT equipment and services, while providing excellent customer support long after a sale or installation.
