Smart Facility Management

Grandstream's GDS3725/3726/3727 are Smart IP Video Door Stations that also serve as high-definition IP surveillance cameras and IP intercoms, offering facility access control and security monitoring for buildings of all sizes. These powerful IP Video Door Systems offer a 127-degree wide viewing angle, an AI ISP intelligent image processor, a built-in IC & ID card reader and NFC chip, include two built-in microphones and one speaker to support intercom functionality, and offer alarm-in and alarm-out support for integration with existing security devices. They integrate with our GDS Manager software and SecureAccess app.

GDS3720 Series Grandstream Product Integration

UCM IP PBX Platform

  • A Grandstream UCM IP PBX platform is the anchor of any UC deployment, it can be used to assign a GDS smart IP video door station with an extension
  • Once an extension is assigned to the GDS, the UCM IP PBX can then be leveraged to map call, alarm, and intercom routes throughout the facility depending on the GDS model

Desktop Endpoints

  • Grandstream IP phones can be integrated in a variety of ways with the GDS series of facility access systems, primarily as being endpoints that the GDS can call
  • Upon placing a call, Grandstream endpoints that pickup the call can be customized to have a dynamic softkey presented to open the electronic door striker that's connected to the GDS

GDS Manager and SecureAccess

  • GDS Manager and SecureAccess can be used to manage and monitor GDS series devices. GDS Manager is an on-site software, whereas SecureAccess is a cloud-based app. They provide a wide variety of additional features and functionalities GDS devices
  • Monitoring and control GDS facility access devices within a deployment can be done via these platforms, this includes viewing video feeds, speaking through A GDS, and activating peripherals connected to the GDS
